The perfect technique for ensuring they will be called back when installations fail and contracts have already been closed. Blaming the failures of others. Pointing to other pending work. Citing unforeseen circumstances. Blaming heavy rain, traffic, or the users themselves. Extending the work far beyond what is necessary. Only to solve the problem once again inefficiently—just well enough to avoid detection by clients who lack the technical information needed to recognize this modus operandi, until it is already too late and those same contractors have been recommended to other sites, where the cycle begins again…
